Hi! My name is Kesti. Thanks for stopping by! I grew up in Eastern Oregon and am now living near Salt Lake City with my family. I have 3 boys (4 if you count my husband) and a bulldog (who is also a boy). The meme, “Raising Boys: Less drama than girls, but harder to keep alive”, is an apt description of my life. There is an over-abundance of testosterone at my house but I love it! My boys are my muses and the reason I’ve pursued my passion for photography.
I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember. An image with a striking composition and gorgeous light makes my heart skip a beat! My 8-year-old son shares my love for pictures and has declared that chapter books are “SO boring” because there isn’t anything to look at. While I’m an avid reader and disagree with his assessment, I DO agree that images are powerful and have the ability to move and captivate us. My goal as a photographer is similar. I want to capture images that tell a story, bring joy and spark memories that can be cherished for years to come.
